I’ve hired vehicles from other companies in the past & on more than one occasion had my fingers burnt, mainly due to staff wondering round the car with a clip board in a day dream, taking no notice of the imperfections on the vehicle. Then on return being charged for damage that already existed on collection !
At Add Hire I found you get totally different treatment. The vehicles are scrutinised on collection with every imperfection documented. The vehicles are clean & always have plenty of fuel.
